Serves 6
- 1 Sugar free angel food cake, Sliced
- 1 box sugar free free Jell-O
- 1 Cup Boiling Water
- 1/2 C. Cold water
- 1 Package strawberries (no sugar)
- Fat Free Cool Whip (Optional)
- Jello Mold or Baking Pan
Directions: Spray pan with non stick spray. Place strawberries in pan. Put cake on top of strawberries. mix Jell-O with boiling water stir until dissolved add in 1/2 cup of cold water. Pour over cake and refrigerate for 3 hours or until cool and firm.
