Serves 16
- 16 oz cream cheese
- 2 squares of unsweetened Chocolate (chopped fine)
- 1/2 c. Splenda
- 1 TBSP of Vanilla extract
- 1 small bag (2oz) of chopped pecans (optional)
Directions: Place all ingredients in a bowl except nuts. Beat on medium speed until mixture is soft and creamy. Mix in Nuts and place mixture in a 8 X 8 foiled line pan. Cover with foil and place in the refrigerator over night.
